Terms of service
A plain-language summary of how the service works. Have it reviewed by counsel before launch.
The service
EvryView lets an organizer create an event page where guests upload photos and videos. Each event is a one-time purchase of $29.99, which includes guest uploads from 14 days before to 14 days after the event and 90 days of storage from the event date.
Your content
Organizers and guests keep ownership of what they upload. Organizers are responsible for sharing their event link appropriately and for the content collected at their event. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Deletion
Media is permanently deleted at the end of the storage period unless extended with Keep My Vault. We send reminders before deletion, but downloading your media in time is your responsibility. Deleted media cannot be recovered.
