This summary describes how the service works. Have it reviewed by counsel before launch.
What organizers share
Your name, email address and, if you choose, a password or your Google sign-in. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
What guests share
The name a guest types, an optional email address, and the photos and videos they choose to upload. A guest’s name is shown to the event’s organizer next to each upload. A guest’s email address is visible only to that organizer and is never shown on the public event page or included in ZIP downloads.
Who can see uploads
Only the organizer who created the event. Guests can add to an event but cannot browse what others uploaded.
How long we keep things
Event media is kept for 90 days from the event date, or longer if the organizer purchases Keep My Vault. When that period ends, the files are permanently deleted from storage along with guest names and emails. We keep minimal purchase records for billing and legal purposes.
