Guests can share from two weeks before your event until two weeks after. Your gallery stays available for 90 days from the event date, and we email you at 30, 7 and 1 day before anything is deleted.

Privacy & security

Private by design
Each event lives at an unguessable link. There is no public directory of events.
Only you see the gallery
Guests can upload, but only you — the organizer — can view or download what was shared.
Guest emails stay private
If a guest shares an email, only you can see it. It is never shown on the event page.
Deleted means deleted
When storage ends, files are permanently removed from our storage — not just hidden.

Questions, answered.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the event page opens in their browser. There is nothing to install.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests enter their name so you know who shared each photo. Email is optional, and only you can see it.
What does it cost?
$29.99 per event, paid once. There is no subscription and no per-guest fee. Keep My Vault is optional if you want storage for longer.
When can guests upload?
From 14 days before your event until 14 days after it, based on your event’s date, time and time zone. Before that, the page shows when uploads open.
What can guests upload?
Photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC) and videos (MP4 and MOV). They can select many at once and see each file’s progress.
How long is my media stored?
For 90 days from your event date. We email you 30, 7 and 1 day before deletion so you have time to download everything or extend with Keep My Vault.
