Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the event page opens in their browser. There is nothing to install.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests enter their name so you know who shared each photo. Email is optional, and only you can see it.
What does it cost?
$29.99 per event, paid once. There is no subscription and no per-guest fee. Keep My Vault is optional if you want storage for longer.
When can guests upload?
From 14 days before your event until 14 days after it, based on your event’s date, time and time zone. Before that, the page shows when uploads open.
What can guests upload?
Photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC) and videos (MP4 and MOV). They can select many at once and see each file’s progress.
How long is my media stored?
For 90 days from your event date. We email you 30, 7 and 1 day before deletion so you have time to download everything or extend with Keep My Vault.
Can I download everything at once?
Yes. Download All packages your whole event as a ZIP file, organized into folders by guest. You can also download individual items or a selection.
Who can see the photos?
Only you. Guests can upload to your event, but the gallery is visible only to the organizer account that created the event.
What happens after the storage period?
Your media is permanently deleted from our storage. We keep only the minimal records needed for billing — never your photos.
Can I change the date after buying?
Yes, until uploads open. After that the date is locked, because guests already have your link and the schedule depends on it.
